We have a community of approximately 2,600 students and offer practically focused digital media and design courses from pre-degree, undergraduate and postgraduate to professional short course level. A combination of practical studio projects, workshops and traditional academic learning will encourage you to experiment with craft and digital technology.
Practicing industry professionals will introduce you to new ideas in digital media and design, including the opportunity for you to gain additional skills such as coding, life drawing and attending the broader higher education Ravensbourne Plus events and activities.

Our Access to Higher Education courses are validated by the Open College Network, London (OCN) and our Foundation Diploma courses are validated by the University of the Arts Awarding Body.

Did you know that as long as you pass, you are automatically guaranteed a place at Ravensbourne to continue your studies? You don't even have to apply through UCAS.

For a one-off fee of £99 and in affiliation with Housing Hand, Ravensbourne students in private house shares can access an insurance backed guarantee, which will protect you, should any of your fellow flatmates leave during the tenancy.

What is a guarantor?
Guarantors are required by most accommodation providers. A guarantor is a person who agrees to pay rent or damages if the tenant does not make payment. For students, this is often parents or guardians, but this can be difficult for international students as most accommodation providers require a guarantor to be UK-based.
Ravensbourne University London has partnered with Housing Hand, the UK's leading guarantor service. We have arranged a preferential price for all UK and International Ravensbourne University students. This is the equivalent to 5.5% of annual rent on a subscription basis or 5% of annual rent when paid as an upfront fee.
